Job summary

Good 2 Go Stores LLC in Shelley, ID is seeking an Assistant Store Savant to step in for the Store Manager. You will drive sales, manage inventory and labor, schedule shifts, handle cash, and log maintenance issues.

You will coach and train team members, ensure adherence to mission and values, and cover additional shifts when needed. A strong customer service mindset is essential in this fast-paced retail role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two or more years’ experience in retail or related settings.
• Experience leading a team in a retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take on store manager responsibilities when the manager is not present, including sales, inventory, labor, scheduling, cash management, and maintenance logging.
• Lead the team to follow mission, vision, and core values.
• Coach, train, and provide corrective action; act as CSR or other roles as needed.
• Ensure new hire and existing employee paperwork is complete and up to date.
• Maintain store presentation and ensure promo displays and planograms are followed.
• Deliver great food service and resolve customer issues; promote safety and EPA compliance.
