Job summary

Good 2 Go Stores LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, especially in the manager's absence. You will drive sales, oversee inventory, labor, scheduling, and cash handling while upholding our mission and core values.

You will coach and train the team, handle paperwork, and step into CSR or other roles as needed. Strong leadership and customer-service focus are required, with a commitment to safe, compliant store operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years retail or similar setting with leadership experience.
• Experience with POS, accounting, and time collection systems.

Responsibilities

• Takes on all store manager responsibilities when the manager is not present, such as building sales, managing inventory, labor, scheduling shifts, cash management, and logging maintenance issues.
• Lead efforts to ensure the mission, vision and core values are followed and demonstrated by the team.
• Coach, train, provide corrective action, and actively lead all store teams.
• Perform role flexibility as CSR, cook, or any position when needed.
• Ensure new hire and existing employee paperwork is complete and up to date.
