Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties and responsibilities described.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment and materials listed in CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices.
• A valid driver's license and transportation to/from meetings.
• Ability to communicate (oral and written) in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among subordinates and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Train staff to meet company standards in customer service, site image and marketing execution.
• Communicate effectively to ensure timely information flow.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals and supervise reports.
• Manage merchandise display, pricing and stock levels.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses; forecast and manage margins.
• Safeguard cash handling and financial controls.
• Work indoors with occasional outdoor tasks; adapt to temperature and noise variations.
