Job summary

Circle K in Manchester, TN is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED, retail experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to analyze reports, manage inventory, and handle cash with integrity. Knowledge of merchandising and scheduling is preferred, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use computer, inventory control, cash control, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate (oral and written) in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule staff and maintain site cleanliness, stocking, and appearance.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues.
• Train employees to meet company standards for service and merchandising.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Manage reports and cash handling processes.
