Job summary

CrossAmerica Partners LP is seeking a Store Manager in Denver to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and lead staff. You will ensure excellent customer experiences, manage inventory, and maintain profitability through effective budgeting and promotions.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to excel in a fast-paced retail environment. The position reports to the Territory Manager/Area Manager and requires the ability to recruit, train, and develop

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or convenience store management, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring policy adherence and efficiency.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction through promotions and displays.
• Lead by example to create a customer-first culture in-store.
• Recruit, hire, and train store associates; manage schedules and payroll.
• Manage inventory and merchandising; conduct regular stock counts.
• Handle cash management, prepare financial reports, and control expenses.
• Implement in-store promotions and engage with the local community.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
