• Support Store Manager in training, coaching, and developing store associates.
• Foster effective communication across all team members.
• Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Drive sales performance and lead team motivation.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and inventory controls.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store appearance.
• Oversee shipments, merchandise flow, and stockroom organization.
• Assist with payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention initiatives.
