Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Topeka to lead guest services and support store leadership. The role focuses on driving sales, managing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and ensuring inventory accuracy in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior retail or management experience and be capable of developing a team while maintaining high standards of customer service and merchandising execution.

Formación

• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain Guest Services as part of daily operations.
• Support the Store Manager in tasks to maximize sales and profitability.
• Develop staff, monitor expenses and shrinkage, and manage merchandising and inventory control.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
