The candidate will drive performance on the sales floor, manage staffing and scheduling, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and strong financial results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leadership.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding financial targets.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and day-to-day leadership on the floor, coaching and motivating the team.
• Maintain a visually compelling showroom and ensure customer satisfaction in line with The Bob’s Way.
• Drive performance through strategic leadership and execution of store initiatives.
• Collaborate across functions to optimize sales, service, and operational processes.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising readiness, and loss-prevention measures.
