Skechers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a Florida store. You will support the Management Team in operations, lead a team, and ensure outstanding customer service while driving daily performance.

You will oversee inventory, merchandising, scheduling, and store systems, with opportunities for career advancement within Skechers. The role requires flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or hospitality.
• Sales-driven with a track record of hitting targets.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings/holidays.

Responsabilités

• Team Leadership: mentor, coach, and motivate employees to hit sales goals and deliver excellent service.
• Visual Merchandising: ensure displays and layouts meet Skechers' standards of style and innovation.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock and restock to keep the floor ready for customers.
• Operations Management: manage scheduling, opening/closing, and store processes; assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Sales Management: drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding targets.
• Problem-Solving: address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
