Job summary

Qualifications

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver customer service.
• Ensure displays and store layouts meet Skechers' visual standards.
• Oversee scheduling, stock levels, and restocking processes.
• Support peak operations and lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

• Sales Management: Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies, setting expectations, and exceeding sales goals.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
