Job summary

Family Dollar in Clinton, MA is seeking a Store Manager to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. You will oversee daily operations and implement company directives in collaboration with headquarters.

You will develop staff, ensure a safe, compliant, and welcoming shopping experience, and build community partnerships while protecting assets. This role requires strong communication, results focus, and retail management experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required.
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
