Job summary

Skechers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Flower Mound, Texas to join our high‑energy retail team. You will lead the store team, drive daily performance, and ensure exceptional customer service while managing inventory, merchandising, and store operations end‑to‑end.

You will mentor staff, implement sales initiatives, monitor KPIs, schedule shifts, and resolve customer concerns to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction. Experience in retail leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in sales management or leadership in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to meet sales goals and deliver service.
• Ensure product displays meet Skechers' standards for style and innovation.
• Monitor stock levels and restock to create a seamless shopping experience.
• Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store operations.
• Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and expectations.
