Job summary

Skechers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in all aspects of store operations, leadership, and customer service. You will drive daily performance, mentor a team, and ensure efficient inventory control and merchandising standards at our Texas location.

Candidate will lead by example, coach staff, and implement strategies to grow sales while delivering exceptional service to customers. This full-time role offers opportunities within Skechers' global network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales management goals.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers' high standards for style and innovation.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage restocking processes, and organize the sales floor.
• Operations Management: Oversee store systems, including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and operational processes.
• Sales Management: Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies, setting expectations, and exceeding sales goals.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
