Signet Jewelers seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets while delivering exceptional customer service. You will coach and train teammates, manage daily operations, and assist with recruitment and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form; availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on standards to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction and train/evaluate team members to develop product knowledge and skills.
• Recruitment and selection of team members; enforce all company policies and procedures and perform other operational and strategic duties.
