OXXO USA is seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead a busy Odessa, TX location. You will drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining store standards.

As the store leader, you will supervise staff, schedule shifts, manage inventory, and ensure regulatory compliance. You’ll partner with the District Manager to implement best practices, recruit and train teammates, and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience (Required).
• Valid Driver’s License and transportation to/from bank and corporate meeting; valid vehicle insurance (Required).
• Previous leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage employees and enforce policies.
• Ensure hours of operation coverage and recruitment.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and customer service excellence.
• Oversee store financials and meet budgeted goals.
• Collaborate with District Manager and peers to share best practices.
• Recruit, train, mentor staff and provide ongoing development.
• Resolve customer issues professionally.
