Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and cashiering.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and safety meetings for employees.
• Manage merchandise flow: receiving, stocking, rotating displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory and control damages.
• Support planogram implementation and merchandise presentation.
• Ensure financial integrity: cashier accountability, deposits, refunds.
• Assist with store management in the Store Manager’s absence.
