Finish Line is seeking a proactive manager to lead daily store operations and inspire a high-performing team. You will drive exceptional customer experiences, manage budgets, and execute merchandising and promotional strategies to meet sales goals.

As a key member of Management, you’ll shape store performance, mentor staff, and collaborate with local marketing and the community to strengthen brand presence. This role requires flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as Retail Store Manager or similar, with a track record of meeting sales targets and leading a team.
• Strong leadership with clear communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering memorable shopping experiences.
• Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with retail management software and basic computer applications.
