Finish Line is seeking an Assistant Store Manager/Supervisor to lead daily store operations, inspire a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will manage merchandising, training, and performance to drive sales and store success.

Ideal candidates will have prior retail leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to optimize budgets and KPIs. The role requires flexibility for weekends/holidays in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Analytical skills to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
