Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Collaborate on action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Step in as acting Store Manager in their absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Maintain awareness of inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to drive profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities are met.
• Monitor inventory movement and customer trends; report to management.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service per policy manuals.
