Skechers USA Retail, LLC is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Lackawanna County, PA to support the Management Team across operations, inventory, merchandising, and sales initiatives. You will lead a team, drive service standards, and help maximize store profitability.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, managing visual displays, optimizing stock, scheduling, and ensuring efficient store operations while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment for customers and associates.

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage restocking processes, and organize the sales floor for a seamless shopping experience.
• Operations Management: Oversee store systems, scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and operational processes; lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Sales Management: Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding sales goals.
• Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
