Job summary

Away is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Santana Row location. You will lead a team to deliver best-in-class customer service, uphold brand standards, and drive store performance.

You will onboard and coach staff, manage operations, and partner with leadership on events and recruiting to build a high-performing team. Candidate should have strong retail leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to schedule evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
