Job summary

Away is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Santana Row team in San Jose, CA. You will lead a retail crew, drive exceptional customer service, and ensure operational excellence to meet financial targets.

You’ll onboard and coach new hires, develop team members, and partner with management on events and recruiting. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and offers a comprehensive benefits package.
