• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock, and organize the sales floor for a seamless shopping experience.
• Operations Management: Oversee scheduling, opening/closing, and store procedures including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Sales Management: Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding targets.
• Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
