Skechers is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead a team, manage day-to-day operations, and drive sales performance while maintaining exceptional customer service.

This role includes inventory control, visual merchandising, and coordinating store procedures to support a profitable operation. You’ll engage with customers and team members, mentor staff, and contribute to Skechers’ global network.

Responsabilités

• Team Leadership: mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent service.
• Visual Merchandising: ensure displays and store layouts meet high standards of style and innovation.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock, restock, and organize the sales floor for a seamless shopping experience.
• Operations Management: oversee scheduling, opening/closing, and store processes; lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
• Sales Management: drive revenue growth by implementing strategies and exceeding targets.
• Problem-Solving: address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.
