Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel between stores within the district.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality and performance of store staff.

• Support performance evaluations for all store employees.
• Help manage expenses and implement budget-aligned strategies.
• Monitor shrink and loss controls to meet company plan.

• Support training on selling and merchandising techniques.
• Uphold outstanding customer service and friendly environment.
• Assist with regular merchandise inventory counts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Standard work week up to 40 hours; flexible schedule including days/nights/weekends/holidays.
