Job summary

TravisMathew, a premium apparel brand inspired by Southern California, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support day-to-day retail operations, sales goals, and exceptional service in our Newport Beach store.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Business (preferred), at least 3 years in client service and 2 years in retail management; strong communication, MS Office, and POS proficiency are essential; willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in client service-related capacity.
• Minimum 2 years in retail store management.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and service focus on the floor to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop a repeat clientele to drive sales.
• Assist in developing strategies to drive sales and KPIs.
• Assist in recruiting and training a team of support managers and client experience focused associates.
• Train and coach team to meet client service standards and company policies.
• Create and manage in-store events, marketing initiatives and CRM activity to drive repeat business.
• Implement product and visual merchandising directives to maximize space and drive sales.
• Manage inventory control procedures including product receipt, transfers and returns.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including front of house and stock space.
• Foster a work environment focused on teamwork and productivity.
