Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Store Manager in Kewanee, IL to partner with the Store Manager to organize and direct store activities, driving sales, profits, expenses and guest service goals. You will lead by example, uphold Coborn’s vision and values, and ensure operations run smoothly in daily store life.

You will motivate and develop the team, provide the tools they need to succeed, and support training and development to foster guest satisfaction and store growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age;
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred
