You will schedule staff, coach performance, train new hires, manage inventory and pricing, promote products, and collaborate with the store manager to meet sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail management is a plus.
• Proven experience in a retail sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support.
