Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service leadership and operate cash register and scanner.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Schedule employees, train staff, conduct safety meetings and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise receiving, stocking, planograms and displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with deposits and cash controls.
• Support store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
