Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read and explain operational directives.
• Retail store management experience preferred in grocery, retail, or drugstore environments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Move merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives, maintain displays, and assist with payroll, scheduling and cash handling.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store areas and secure assets.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, manage damaged goods, and support loss prevention.
• Help supervise, train and develop Store Associates.
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
