Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with emphasis on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer, dust and damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass/windows.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; cross-train in multiple areas as needed.
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Communicate accurately with management and associates; adhere to policies and safety guidelines.
