Job summary

TJ Maxx in Liverpool, NY is seeking a dedicated team member to maintain a clean and organized store environment, operating scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, and basic maintenance of floors. You’ll support multiple areas of the store to meet business needs while upholding safety and loss-prevention standards.

Excellent customer service, flexibility, and strong organizational skills are key. Prior retail experience is preferred, and a positive, collaborative attitude helps our TJX team thrive.

Responsibilities

• Operate scrubber and buffer to clean floors.
• Dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, and spot clean glass and windows.
• Maintain store cleanliness including restrooms and back areas.
• Adhere to health, safety, and loss-prevention policies.
• Cross-train in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Communicate effectively with management and associates.
