Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively approach customers requiring additional help, identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions for their homes.
• Keep area of responsibility clean, tidy, priced and fully stocked, and maintain IKEA basic merchandising standards.
• Convey passion about IKEA products and learn their features and benefits to help customers make informed choices.
• Build furniture as needed for In Shape As New, new products, calendar, and remodels.
• Prepare, produce, and maintain IKEA Food menu items; serve items and follow safety guidelines.
• Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy at receiving.
• Flow product to final selling location.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide customers with a simple and efficient Full Serve Hand Out experience.
• Provide the customer with a smooth returns and exchange experience.

What you'll be doing day to day

• Actively approach customers requiring additional help, identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions for their homes.

• Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy at the point of receiving.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 18.5 USD to 26.14 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
