Job summary

ALDI Brand is hiring a Store Associate in Florida to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering and customer service. You will work with the ALDI team to ensure a clean, well-stocked store and provide exceptional service.

The role requires 30+ hours per week, with starting wage of $19.00 per hour and planned increases through Year 5 to $21.00 per hour. Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate POS systems. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Models and follows all customer service principles and escalates concerns to management.
• Informs management of loss due to damaged or outdated products.
• Uses POS to scan and process purchases with accuracy.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures.
• Opens additional lanes as needed for efficient checkout.
• Stocks shelves and displays neatly per planograms to maximize sales.
• Completes curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintains zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Supports management in achieving operational efficiency and loss control.
