Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks, etc.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills customer service principles and escalate concerns as necessary.
• Inform management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Utilize POS system to scan and process purchases with accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Open additional check lanes to improve checkout efficiency.
• Stock shelves and displays per merchandising planograms.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Support management in achieving efficiency and loss goals.
• Ensure safe working environment and proper equipment maintenance.
• Follow inventory procedures and product handling guidelines.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to company standards.
