Job summary

JNJ Apparel is seeking a Retail Store Associate to deliver excellent customer service and support daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with competitive hourly rates. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, process transactions, and maintain an organized store floor to drive sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist with product selection and inquiries.
• Provide knowledgeable information about products, promotions, and store policies.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit, and returns in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Assist with merchandising, displays, and inventory replenishment.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Support opening and closing store procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals.
