JD Finish Line is hiring a Store Associate to support daily operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting. You will help shape store success, manage inventory and merchandising, and contribute to growth through excellent service and teamwork.

The role requires flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with a pay range of $16.00–$16.50 per hour and eligibility for the company 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with proven sales achievement.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and multitasking abilities.

• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math.
