As a Wild Fork Team Member, your focus is to deliver a memorable experience to all of our guests. You will be trained to be a personal chef and friendly butcher, gaining the highest level of product knowledge to recommend dishes or proteins to customers. Additionally, you will ensure proper inventory control to maximize product freshness and availability, replenish low stock items, pick and pack online orders, and provide a friendly check-out experience.

Position Details
- Type: Full-time
- Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour + Bonus Potential

- Schedule: 8 Hours Rotating Shifts | Morning, Evenings & Weekends
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities
- Be a Brand Ambassador – enthusiastic and passionate about our quality products, educate customers about what WFF stands for
- Become a product and culinary expert through our training classes, providing recipes and cooking tips
- Create a personalized, butcher-friendly shopping experience
- Assist customers during checkout and deliver memorable service
- Perform stocking duties, including lifting up to 50lb, product rotation, ordering, dusting, and cleaning
- Manage daily price changes and operate the cash register as needed
- Process customer e-commerce orders and oversee timely delivery pickups
- Work in cold environments, such as walk-in freezers, during shipments and inventory counts
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force
- Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures (walk-in freezers)
- Stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours
- Move within the store to access various areas and products

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- At least one year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant
