About This Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Studio Sales Associate to join our team at the Classen Curve studio location. Your responsibilities include creating an exceptional piercing and shopping experience, assisting with ear piercings, recommending products, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. This hourly, non-exempt position reports to the Area/Studio Manager and Assistant Studio Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with appointments, and help them choose jewelry and styling options.
2. Sales & Product Knowledge: Promote products, stay informed about offerings, meet sales targets, and educate customers about our services.
3. Studio Maintenance & Operations: Keep the studio clean and organized, restock supplies, and adhere to health and safety regulations.
4. Team Collaboration: Work with managers and team members, participate in training, and support studio goals.
5. Administrative Duties: Process transactions, manage inventory, and maintain customer records.

Qualifications:

• Retail or service experience is a plus.
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Strong communication, math skills, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for full shifts.
• Commitment and reliability.
