Description

Accountability: Store Manager or In-Charge

Status: Full Time or Part Time (Up to 28 Hours); Non-Exempt

Purpose: To operate register and assist in general activities to keep the store functioning smoothly and to provide an excellent donor experience for all those dropping off donations while sorting donations for shipment to processing.

Duties

• Provide excellent customer service for everyone who enters the store or visits the dock.
• Operate the register as scheduled.
• Assist management in resolving customer concerns and returns.
• Assist in opening and closing the store and dock as instructed.
• Keep shelves and racks full and attractively displayed; maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and dock.
• Process donations according to policy.
• Assist with loading or unloading purchases and donations.
