Store Associate - WEEKEND AVAILABILITY PREFERRED

Restaurant Associates are high-energy team players who serve our customers and produce the finest quality products. Shifts may vary, including mid-shifts, closing shifts, weekdays, weekends, holidays, and different store locations. Your shifts will be challenging, fun, and different from the previous shift! Typical duties include checking day dots, stocking paper products, cleaning, making salads or subs, topping pizzas, working the window, or front registers.

Requirements
- Ability to perform essential functions safely while meeting productivity standards
- Ability to stand and/or walk entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Occasional bending and twisting

Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome customers inside or at the drive-up window
- Prepare food, stock, and pre-topping pizzas to ensure shift readiness
- Set up the next shift with food prep, stocking, and freezer pulls
- Use the cash register to take orders, handle cash, give correct change, and balance the register with the Manager on Duty
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including lobby, restrooms, and kitchen
- Fold pizza boxes
- Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and managers in person or over the phone
- Take customer orders over the phone
- Offer suggestive selling items to complete meals
- Refill drinks, provide plates and napkins, and answer customer questions
- Follow all food safety guidelines, including handwashing, illness reporting, and cleanliness
- Follow detailed food recipes for subs, pizzas, and salads
