Position: Wild Fork Team Member

Your focus is to deliver a memorable experience to all our guests. You will be trained to be a personal chef and friendly butcher, gaining the highest level of product knowledge to recommend dishes or proteins. Responsibilities include proper inventory control to maximize freshness and availability, replenishing stock, picking and packing online orders, and providing a friendly check-out experience.

Position Details

• Type: Full-time
• Starting Wage: $16.00/hour + Bonus Potential

• Schedule: 8-hour rotating shifts including mornings, evenings & weekends

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador — enthusiastic about our products and educate customers on WFF standards
• Become a product and culinary expert through training, providing recipes and cooking tips
• Personalize the shopping experience as a butcher-friendly service
• Assist during checkout, ensuring a memorable customer experience
• Perform stocking duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs, rotating products, and store cleaning
• Manage price changes and operate the cash register as needed
• Process e-commerce orders and oversee timely product delivery
• Work in cold environments such as walk-in freezers for inventory and shipment tasks
• Perform other related duties

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force
• Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures in walk-in freezers
• Stand and walk for 8-10 hours
• Frequent movement within the store
