Job summary

Rowan seeks a friendly Sales Associate for its Gilbert, AZ location (Santan Village). The role is part-time and requires weekend availability. You’ll greet clients, educate them on piercing services and jewelry, restock supplies, maintain a clean studio, and help run daily operations to ensure a top-notch client experience.

Prior retail or jewelry experience is a plus. You’ll work with a team that values ownership, energy, and exceptional customer care while earning hourly pay plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Retail or service industry experience preferred.
• Availability on weekends required.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterile conditions in the studio.
• Provide education about piercing services and jewelry.
• Demonstrate friendly, high-energy guest service.

About our Sales Associates

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Rowan for ear piercing clients and jewelry shoppers who visit our retail location at Santan Village in Gilbert, AZ. You are friendly, organized, and sales-minded, and our clients remember you for the way you made them feel safe and celebrated during their ear-piercing experience.

In addition to your client-facing strengths, you are a highly accountable and resourceful person, and the Rowan team trusts you to manage the day-to‑day operations of the piercing studio.

This is a part‑time role.

Must be available WEEKENDS!!

• Greet ear-piercing clients and shoppers


• Offer and provide education about Rowan piercing services and jewelry


• Support needs of ear piercing clients and shoppers
