Job Purpose / Summary
The Retail Store Associate will assist in the day-to-day operations of a retail store, reporting to the Store Manager. Responsibilities include driving product sales, promoting product demos and training, managing receiving/shipping, and maintaining the store's cleanliness and visual standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The associate will be responsible for:

• Contributing to branch performance against KPIs
• Processing sales and customer checkouts
• Picking, packing, and shipping orders
• Answering customer calls
• Restocking, pricing, cleaning, and visual merchandising
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Education
Requirements include:

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• At least 1 year of similar experience
• Computer literacy
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with all levels within the store
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check

Travel
No travel required.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands
The role involves handling diverse SKUs, operating MHE equipment, monitoring productivity via computer, and lifting up to 48 pounds. The environment is high traffic and requires standing and kneeling.
