Job description

Purpose: To assist in providing leadership and management to the store.

Duties:

• Assist manager in store operations and supervising staff, ensuring policy and procedures are being followed.
• Assist manager in overseeing the display of merchandise throughout the store.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and returns.
• Assist in cash register operations during busy times or to provide adequate coverage.
• Assist in opening and closing the store as instructed.
• Be alert for shoplifting and follow Shoplifting Policy.
• Participate in staff meetings and team building.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
