Job summary

Vale Forever in New York is seeking a dedicated Stocking Associate to ensure products are stocked efficiently and accurately in our retail environment. You will help maintain inventory levels, assist customers, and contribute to the store's overall organization.

Key responsibilities include tagging new merchandise, processing shipments, updating stock in internal systems, and restocking to support a smooth sales floor. Weekend availability is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong communicator.
• Retail or stockroom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tagging and labeling new merchandise
• Receiving and processing incoming shipments
• Entering inventory into internal systems accurately
• Transferring inventory between locations as needed
• Steaming and prepping products for the sales floor
• Conducting regular inventory counts and audits
• Restocking and merchandising the sales floor in coordination with the visual team
• Supporting the sales team by ensuring the product is accessible and ready
• Communicating low stock or restock needs
• Helping to prepare for product launches and collection drops
• Maintaining a clean and organized stockroom
