Burlington Stores, Inc. in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House. You’ll direct receiving, unloading, sorting, and moving merchandise to the sales floor while partnering with Store Management.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail/off-price/big-box environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization meet standards.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to prevent loss.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Direct associates and workload; drive productivity and merchandise protection.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates; participate in weekly workload planning.
• Drive community relations participation through company programs and partnerships.
