Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House/Receiving team. You will supervise daily operations, coordinate deliveries, and guide associates to ensure smooth flow from receiving to the sales floor.

Your role supports store leadership and growth opportunities within a caring, inclusive organization, with a focus on teamwork, safety, and cost control.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Capability to lift 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, and moving goods to the floor.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Reinforce asset protection and safety guidelines for customers and associates.
• Direct associates and workload; coach and recognize performance in real time.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
• Participate in weekly workload planning and coordinate meal/break periods.
