Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House area and work closely with store management.

This role serves as the main leader of the Back of House and sets the standard for efficient operations and teamwork. The supervisor will guide merchandise flow, ensure cleanliness and safety, and drive results while fostering a diverse and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or similar setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Support Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards; direct workload and coaching.
