Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Part Time Retail Stocking Team Lead for our Back of House/Receiving team in Norman, OK. Lead Receiving Associates, model standards, and help bring merchandise displays to life in a fast-paced retail setting.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude are essential. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays; compensation starts around $13.50/hour with benefits and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weight 40lbs. or more, and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Model company standards for back-of-house receiving/stocking.
• Maintain neat and orderly stock, receiving area and sales floor.
• Drive associate compliance with policies and standards.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
• Coach associates in the moment and provide recognition.
